Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the third ELAEE: Latin American Meeting on Energy Economics, organized in association with the IAEE: “Energy, Climate Change and Sustainable Development- The Challenges for Latin America” and we invite you to visit Buenos Aires. The conference is scheduled for April 18th and 19th, 2011 in the Convention Centre of the Universidad Católica Argentina.
During the past years, energy has been subject of several game-changing events: the sustained growth of its demand, the instability of oil prices, and the financial crisis, have caused one of the biggest shocks on energy prices of the last thirty years.

The third Latin American Meeting on Energy Economics represents a big opportunity for the presentation and discussion of the results of the latest research performed under this particular conditions. The conference will gather a broad spectrum of scientists, politicians, professionals from every energy area, government and public organizations.
